Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026

TalkTuit™ (the service) is operated by Adaptive Systems Group LLC and its operating subsidiary Talktuit LLC (we, us, our). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices, in plain language. This is a strong standard template for launch. Have your attorney review and finalize it before you rely on it at scale.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us, such as your name, business name, email, and phone number when you contact us or sign up. Caller information from the service, meaning when our AI answers calls for a client we process the caller's phone number, the call audio, a transcript, and basic call details so we can capture and deliver the lead. Website and advertising data, such as standard analytics and, if you arrive from an ad, advertising identifiers from networks like Meta and Google, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use it

To provide and operate the service, capture and route leads, respond to you, improve quality, keep the service secure, measure our marketing, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. AI, calls, and recording

The service uses automated, AI generated voice to answer calls. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. The service is designed to disclose to callers that they are speaking with an automated assistant and that the call may be recorded. Our clients are responsible for any additional caller notice or consent required where they operate. We follow the TCPA and applicable calling, messaging, and recording consent laws.

4. Messaging

If you give us your number, you may receive service related texts or a one time demonstration. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We do not share your number with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

5. Service providers

We use trusted vendors to run the service, for example telephony and voice AI platforms, hosting, analytics, and payment processing. They may process data on our behalf under contract and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and you can opt out of marketing at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California and other state privacy acts. To make a request, email hello@talktuit.com.

7. Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or de identify it. We apply reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure.

8. Children

The service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
