Will it actually sound human?

Yes — within reason. We use natural-sounding voice models, tune pacing and barge-in, and write prompts that use contractions, brief acknowledgments, and one-thought-per-turn flow. Most callers don't realize they're talking to AI for the first 30+ seconds. We always disclose if asked.

Do I need a GoHighLevel account?

Yes. TalkTuIT is purpose-built for the GHL Voice AI ecosystem. If you don't have GHL yet, we can connect you with a partner agency that will set you up.

What happens if the AI doesn't know something?

It admits it, takes a callback number, and pings your team in GHL. We engineer "I don't know" handling so the AI never invents pricing, warranty terms, or technical claims.

Can I edit the prompt after it's built?

Absolutely. You can re-run the form anytime to regenerate, or directly edit the prompt and KB inside GHL. We also flag drift — if your hours, pricing, or services change, the system reminds you to refresh the KB.

What about emergency calls — gas leaks, flooding?

During setup you define emergency keywords and an on-call number. When triggered, the AI immediately advises any safety steps you specified ("turn off the main valve") and warm-transfers to your dispatcher. Gas leaks specifically prompt an "evacuate and call 911" instruction before transfer.

Is call recording legal?

TalkTuIT applies state-aware recording disclosure. Two-party-consent states get the explicit notice; one-party states get a softer disclosure. You can also disable recording entirely.
