Is TalkTuit™ replacing my receptionist?+

No. TalkTuit™ is the line that picks up when no one else can — after hours, lunch break, on another call, on a job site. Your people still own the relationships; we just keep the door open.

Why a setup fee?+

Onboarding includes provisioning your line, training the voice on your business, building your script, and (on Pro and Premium) standing up the CRM. We do it once, right — so day one feels like day one-hundred.

What's the difference between Pro and Premium?+

Pro gives you the CRM and the keys — you run the pipeline. Premium means we run it for you: we configure the automations, watch the leads come in, and chase the ones that need chasing.

How quickly can I go live?+

Most Starter accounts go live the same day. Pro and Premium take 3–5 business days because we're building the CRM around your workflow.

Do I need new hardware or to change my number?+

No. TalkTuit™ works with any phone line — landline, VoIP, or mobile — through a simple forwarding rule. Setting it up feels exactly like the first time you set up a voicemail.
